"Alexa helped us buy our very first home and then a few years later she helped us sell it! I gave her a call when I saw a neighbor put a for sale sign in his yard and she was immediately on top of it. She was able to help us present a competitive offer and we got the house over other offers! My husband and I fixed up the house over the years and decided it was time to move out of Charlotte. Of course, Alexa was ready to roll. She send over a stager (which she covered the fee!!!), gave us a whole list of small things to do around the house to help sell. She went above and beyond marketing our home (you should ask her to see the video she made with the photographer :)) We had SO many showings and a few offers that were just not what we wanted. She called us one morning to let us know that a couple wanted to see the house ASAP and she was driving down from Mooresville to show them since their realtor was not available (talk about A+ service). The couple left the showing with the perfect offer on the table. She helped us have the smoothing closing. I cannot recommend my dear friend and her awesome team if you are thinking of buying or selling!"

"As someone who was looking for property from out of town in the Lake Norman area of North Carolina. We discovered an agent who was able to work with our random schedule. Alexa, was informative and pro-active in finding property that met our requirements. Once we located property in the area my wife and I agreed upon we placed a contract on property. We anticipated this would end our the transaction similar to other real estate transactions we have purchased in the past. After the purchase, Alexa assisted us with surveys, perk tests and assisted with creating connections with contractors. She actually represented my wife and I during the site surveys and perk tests.
